SHIPPING COST

I charge a flat $5 shipping rate for US customers.

I am not shipping internationally at this time.

RETURNS

I want you to be very happy with anything you purchase from C Street Studio. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The cost of shipping an item back is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged.

ORDER CHANGES

If you change your mind on your order, you will have 12 hours to make any changes after the order is placed. Changes cannot be made after order is shipped.

PROCESSING/DELIVERY TIME

I will do my very best to get orders processed within 2-7 business days, then ship via USPS or FedEx. The shipping speed varies depending on destination usually between 3-5 business days. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare case your product is damaged, I will ship you out a replacement at no additional cost. (Unless it's a one of a kind painting then there is obviously no replacements). All you need to do is send us a photo of of the product and the issue.
